A Pearl`s Splash is a three-story cabin built around one show stopping feature: a private, indoor heated pool measuring 8` x 17` x 5` deep, set beneath a painted ocean mural with a 10-foot projector screen powered by Roku, so movie night can happen mid-swim. Step out and unwind in the built-in sauna, or slide open the door to the lower porch swing for fresh mountain air. This isn`t a pool bolted on as an afterthought — it`s the heart of the home.

Outside, a 20x20 patio centers on a Breeo smokeless fire pit ringed by Adirondack chairs and string lights, just steps from the porch hot tub. A charcoal grill stands ready for cookout nights, and the covered front porch with rocking chairs is the spot for a slow morning coffee.

Inside, the main level opens into a living room warmed by an electric fireplace, anchored by a queen sleeper sofa and a rocker recliner, with a 55` Roku TV and Blu-Ray player. Guests have full access to all three levels, including the indoor pool room, sauna, hot tub, game loft, kitchen, and both porches — this is a private, whole-home rental with nothing held back.

PARKING

A Pearl`s Splash sits on a quiet, private dead-end road with off-street parking for up to four vehicles directly on the property, so there`s no hunting for a spot after a long drive in. The low-traffic setting makes it easy to unload groceries and luggage. Towing a trailer? There`s room for that too — just give us a heads-up beforehand.

HOUSE RULES

We want every guest to have a fantastic stay, and a few simple rules help. After booking, you`ll get a link to verify your ID and sign a digital rental agreement online — door codes go out at 2:00 PM on check-in day once that`s done. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including day visitors. Smoke and CO alarms are installed and monitored throughout the cabin. Please treat the pool, hot tub, and sauna with care, and supervise kids around water at all times. The cabin sits on a quiet dead-end road, so please keep noise respectful, especially after 10:00 PM. No smoking inside, and no events or parties, please. We`re always just a message away if you need anything.
- Minimum age of primary renter must be 25.
- Children must always be attended by an adult while in the Pool Room.
- Guest accepts terms of Rental Agreement and must sign Digital Rental Agreement which will be sent upon booking.
