Set on a wooded ridge just outside Sevierville, this is a home designed for ten. Downstairs, a private indoor pool lets you swim rain or shine, with a separate hot tub room wrapped in warm wood and framed by forest views through floor-to-ceiling glass. Upstairs, the open-concept living space runs long and bright — vaulted ceilings, mountain-mural accent walls, and a wall of windows that pulls the ridge line right into the room. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, with a six-seat dining table, statement pendant lighting, and a kitchen-island breakfast bar that tends to become the unofficial hangout spot.

Two expansive decks double the living space when the weather cooperates. The upper deck has a firepit lounge, outdoor dining for six, and rocking chairs angled toward the ridge — prime territory for morning coffee or after-dinner stargazing. The lower deck tucks in the hot tub and a quieter seating area under the trees. In between, a dedicated home gym with yoga gear keeps your routine intact even on vacation.

Four bedrooms sleep ten in comfort. Two king and queen ensuite suites handle the adults, a third queen bedroom rounds out the grown-up space, and the kids get what's arguably the best room in the house: a LEGO-themed bunk room with custom built-ins, its own TV, and enough floor space for an actual LEGO empire. Four and a half bathrooms mean no one's ever waiting in line.

The location puts you right in the middle of the action without putting you in the middle of the traffic. Dollywood is about 15 minutes away, downtown Pigeon Forge and The Island are a straight shot down the Parkway, and the Gatlinburg entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is roughly half an hour — close enough for a morning hike, far enough that you come home to quiet. Spend the day on the trails, at the park, or shopping downtown, then come back to a home that does all the hard work of a vacation for you.

Parking Details:

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
