The room was clean, and the front desk lady was nice. For what I paid to stay here, this was an outstanding deal! If you are a person who, the moment you check in, looks for reasons not to like a place, then stay away. Cleanliness is a 10… puts some bigger chains to shame . Quite… not in the middle of all that tourist traffic…. Bathrooms r tiny … but clean… great water pressure . Beds r perfect … newer carpet . Tv could be bigger … absolutely will stay here everytime from now on when my family and friends visit pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg !

WE had a great stay at Mountain Aire Inn, the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend staying at this hotel, close to restaurants, great shopping, and close to Dollywood!

The staff was very nice. They tried to make my stay comfortable. The pictures were a little misleading. Pool was closed and it was still getting up in the high 80s during the day. It was a much older inn than what the pictures were showing. For me and I my husband it was ok but I would not have my family to stay there. It was directly on the road and the noise level was very loud. But for the price it was okay for a 3 night stay

We arrived late at night. Staff was super nice and helpful. Locked myself out of the room once. No problem. Got another key from the front desk right away. Room was clean. Got to park right in front of my room. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely would stay here again.
