Cleanest hotel in the area!!

We have stayed here several times. Rooms always spotless. Grace at the front desk is amazing. I had a issue with a booking agency and let me tell you she was extremely helpful! I'm very picky and will honestly say this is the only place we will stay when visiting!

We had a good time

We enjoyed ourselves a lot, the room we had was a double room and it was very clean, comfortable, but small. The beds had no crumbs and were quite soft. The A.C worked well and heated/cooled out room on quick succession. The only problem we had was something very loud kept going off, not sure exactly what it was, but other than that we enjoyed it. Would recommend for a budget friendly stay.

Very clean. Everything worked appropriately. No frills, but nice and worked perfectly for our family. Friendly staff. Accommodated our late arrival and had everything left for us that we needed with detailed instructions. Stayed in what is listed as 3 bedroom with 3 queens (2 beds and 1 pull out sofa, each in their own room area with individual tv and air/heat for each). Older building but kept up well. No issues. Would definitely stay here again. We got a great price. Location is kind of didn't in between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge with just a few minutes drive to most anything you would want.

Fine for what it is

Room is super small, I was worried the room next door would be able to hear our TV so I didn’t turn it up very loud. The mattress was hard but if you like a hard mattress I guess that’s fine. The location is good and for the price I guess it works if there is only one of you (two at the most if you REALLY like them). As long as you know what you are paying for before going in it’s fine

Was much better than I expected. Keys were left For us after hours for check in. Room was clean and enough room in the 3 bedroom option for my family of 5. We locked ourselves out of the room by accident and the manager was there after hours to immediately let us in. Nice hot shower after a long 12hr drive through the area. Would stay again.

This property is a very good value for the price and I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs to stay on a budget. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy, and the environment was safe. The Mountain Aire Inn is in a convenient location with many dining options and tourist attractions nearby. I would stay again, but am giving it a 4 stars due to its lack of breakfast and because there are nicer hotel rooms out there, however I believe this is the best one you can get for the price and it is the best budget hotel that I have stayed in.
