Best Value Cabin with Mountain Views, Hot Tub, Sleeps 6, 10 Min to Parkway!

"Blackberry Patch" is located within the Waldens Creek area in the mountains of Sevierville, TN. This newly renovated cabin in the private neighborhood of Nicoha, makes the perfect place to relax and get away from busy city life. While having great mountain views and a real feel of being in the wild, Blackberry Patch is just 4 miles away (10 min) by vehicle from the Parkway (Pigeon Forge Strip) near all attractions, restaurants, Shopping and many other amenities the city offers. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg are only (30 min) 14 miles away and Dollywood Theme park is (20min) 9.4 miles away.

'Blackberry Patch' is a well preserved and maintained cabin that offers our guest brand new furniture, appliances and home goods. The open concept of the cabin is ideal for foresting family memories, with a dinning of 6 while enjoying the mountain views and lots of open space that keeps the family from being seal off. The main floor has a master suite including a king size bed where you can enjoy a smart flat screen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen has been newly remodeled with granite counter tops and brand-named cabinets, specially designed to make the kitchen feels like yours. Also, the main floor includes washer and dryer located in the pantry and a Weber Gas Grill placed right outside the back door for easy access to the kitchen. The upper floor has a private bedroom with a full size bed and bathroom. The ceiling high windows in the loft allows guest to enjoy the mountain views while having fun with friends and family. The loft is equipped with an Air Hockey Table, lots of table games, music and a full size sofa bed.

The best part of 'BlackBerry Cabin' is the outdoor area, the deck goes around the front and side of the cabin providing views to the mountains on both sides and creating a sensation of being secluded in the forest. There is plenty of sitting area including a swing allowing families and friends to bond. The hot tub is warm and ready in case you would like to relax and have a drink.

Host came to fix the hot tub within 24 hours but I do want to point out that it looked like they were already aware that it was broken based on some tools sitting out and it stinks that it was one of our few days to be able to enjoy it and we were not able to. Otherwise it was a nice cabin and has a good view. I don’t know that we’d stay again but possibly.

Very comfortable place, the couch and beds were soft and we had a great nights rest. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Host communication had to be initiated by us but we got all the info we needed. Hot tub was clean and very enjoyable. The cabin is also very close to everything you need/want in Pigeon Forge. The only reason to not put 5 stars was simply the game room. The hockey table was very old and did not work properly and that was the only thing in that room that made it a “game room”. Great place overall

Cabin was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was broken and the grill wouldn’t light. The beds definitely are not enough for 6. We had a family of 4 and it was enough. Host was quick to respond and kind. We would recommend for a family, but make sure to double check that the amenities are fixed.

My wife and I stayed at BlackBerry Patch for a week and found the cabin a wonderful place for a vacation.Everything was clean when we arrived and the evening September sun brightened the entire cabin. There were cleaning/toiletry boxes with supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen; while we did use some of our own supplies we found the provided items met our needs for most of our stay.The main floor was spacious for the two of us. We cooked all of our breakfasts and most dinners in the kitchen. It was well stocked with the needed cooking equipment and my wife mentioned the knives were sharp and cut easily (I’ve found dull knives are the most overlooked item in most places we’ve stayed)While there are neighboring properties the back porch was very secluded. It was a great place for looking at the nearby mountain with the morning coffee or evening beverage. The hot tub is also located on the back porch and we used it after many long hikes and enjoyed the evening stars.We liked the location to the Great Smoky Mountians NP and found we were usually 30-60 minutes to most of our hiking trails. BlackBerry Patch was a great place to stay for our trip.

Just right for our trip. Easy to book and take care of on line. We had the best time with 3 of our grandchildren. They loved the cabin too! It was our gift to them cause they hadn’t been to the Smoky Mountains. I think we be back soon.

The air hockey table didn’t work great. The lights in the dinning room half didn’t work. If you have multiple kids, might need to look elsewhere as the 3rd bed is a pull out couch. Had a keurig machine which worked out great, had all utensils and pots for kitchen. Provided enough laundry/dish washer soap to get through at least 2 days.

The cabin views are beautiful, private, furniture is nice but the cabin itself could use some updates. The bathrooms were not the best or cleanest. FYI- The cabin supplies you with one roll of paper towel, two garbage bags, a couple rolls of toilet paper
 a small thing of dish soap and a small bar of soap for your hands. There are plenty of bath towels. The cabin only has a 5cup coffee maker, so if you need more, plan accordingly. The hot tub is very outdated and was not the cleanest
 lots of stuff floating around
 but for kids to sit in, it was okay. The alarm system did not work properly so we disarmed it while we were there. Again, it’s a nice cabin but felt had bare minimum for our stay.
