Panoramic Views of the Smoky Mountains

Relax in this spacious cabin, just a few minutes from Dollywood and close to everything you want to do in Pigeon Forge

Enjoy the "Panoramic View" from the hot tub, or watch your favorite movie in the theater room. Make time for great resort amenities like the pool! With bedrooms on three levels, there's plenty of space for the whole party to spread out.

The Space

The cabin has 3 levels. The main level has an open kitchen with an island, a large farmhouse dining table, a pub table, a living room with a sofa and 2 loveseats, and a large Roku TV. There is also a king bed suite with a full shower and bath. There is a porch across the entire back of the house from this level.

There are stairs leading to the upper level which has 2 king bedrooms and a shared full bath.

There are stairs from the main level down to the lower level which has 2 king bedrooms, one bedroom with a set of queen bunks, and 2 full baths. There is also a pool table, arcade game and movie room with a 50 inch Roku TV.

Guest Access

The home is located 1 mile behind Dollywood. There is parking for at least 5 vehicles. . Access is via electronic door code, so you can check in at your convenience.

Other things to note

There is a park style charcoal grill out front for your use. Please note there are bears that frequent the area, so be cautious when grilling. Be sure to clean the grill after each use and do not leave any food outside!
While visiting, please remember that you are in the mountains and you may experience local critters such as bugs, mice, raccoons and of course bears! This home is treated by pest control monthly, but that doesn't mean they won't still occasionally stop by for a visit! Please do not leave food outside in your car and please keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears have a very keen sense of smell and can smell even toothpaste up to 7 miles away! Bears are very smart! Sorry but there are no refunds for wildlife!

A starter set of supplies (including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc) are provided. This should be sufficient for a short stay, but will need to be replenished by you for longer stays.

Great Location
This house is very nice. It's very large and had plenty of room for our group (5 ladies). The outside areas are very nice and the views are great. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you would need (except a blow dryer) , and the house is very centrally located. Close and easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only thing we didn't really like was that the other cabins are very close (you can hear conversations on the decks) and the area is a little crowded. We did not realize it was a gated "resort" and that the pool was not exactly within walking distance, and was not very private. We were a group with no children, and thought we might go for a swim in the afternoons, but it didn't really work for us. It is not a deal breaker, we just didn't realize the set up.

Great place with a beautiful view
Overall we would recommend this place, beautiful view and quiet neighborhood. The host was awesome, so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions (despite realizing later that it was in an email to me). The only thing we noticed was lots of dust and dust bunnies and the furntiture was a little worn, but nothing we couldnt handle. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again in the future.

Mountain getaway
We loved staying in Hidden Springs! Panoramic view was so clean and exactly as described. We got to see a bear, raccoons, a mountain cougar and some chipmunks. We were close to everything - Cal Ripken baseball fields, Dollywood, Rocky Mountain Coasters, Gatlinburg, and the Island. The room set ups were accurate and held our group of 11 perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful family experience. We made memories that will last a lifetime!

We had a group of 12, ranging from ages 12-70. Cabin was plenty big enough and everyone enjoyed it. The cabin was super clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Super quick to respond. We will definitely book again. View from the cabin was awesome!

Great stay in the Smokies
We rented this cabin for 13 people and it was perfect. It was clean, in good shape, and in a great location. One of the few cabins (rent yearly) that actually has enough china and silverware for the entire group. Host was very responsive for the few inquiries we had. First time to stay in this vicinity of Pigeon Forge but we loved the cabin and location so much, we will plan to rent here next year.

Perfect Location, privacy, has everything we needed!
We had 12 people with us. Plenty of space for people to spread out. It is a perfect setup, plenty of tables, living space. We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Everything was clean and in good shape. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit this place again in the future.

Beautiful View and spacious home
Fantastic home with spectacular views. Lots of space for large families. Great parking area. Very close to Dollywood. Has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and ready for us to check- in on time. Fun hot tub on balcony with view of mountains. Games and movie area. Lots of towels provided. Perfect home to rent. We loved our stay.

Definitely would stay again
What I loved about this property was that each family in my group was able to get their own level of the house. We had three families and each one had privacy and a bathroom of their own. Also, the indoor pool was a bonus since it wasn't quite warm enough outside.
