Pool closes early, food is same thing every day. Bathroom dirty, rusty metal. Beds had medal posts sticking out. Maid walked in after seen we were there. Clean sheets/towels. Lots of space. Liked 2 sinks at Bathroom.

Room, grounds, staff and area of location wasn't good. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Other than that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone going to Pigeon Forge.

The room smelled heavily of weed. The dead bolt did not work and the lock that swings over the door didn’t have screws in it like someone tried to break in. None of the workers spoke English and they were very rude about getting a refund.

This is what we got when we stayed this past December 2025 in room 222, a clean room, spacious setting, great price (compared to similar hotels in the area), and a decent hot breakfast.breakfast. We were very satisfied. I also liked that we could keep an eye on our car from our second floor room, (not knowing what the area was like and traveling with all the Christmas gifts), and that there was an elevator close to our room. We are hoping on staying there again the next time we are in the area. Oh, there is a Target right next door that came in handy.

The staff was nice. The hotel was a surprise. It has like a living area with a TV and like a bedroom area also with the TV so I was genuinely shocked when I went in there.

Room felt super dirty. The couch was stained and what look to be a few cigarette holes in it. The walls and carpet just seemed dirty and neglected. We even had a Roach on the table.
