LIVING ROOM
Follow the stunning mountain views from the front door into the cozy and inviting living room at Breathless. Hardwood floors stretch through the space, and tons of natural light streams inside during the day. Sit back and relax on the sofa and take in the Smoky Mountain scenery through the large, unobstructed picture windows. It’s a great spot to enjoy coffee with sunrise hues peeking through the clouds every morning. In the evenings, switch on the big screen TV for entertainment or pop on the electric (heated) fireplace in cooler months to enjoy cabin life to the fullest. There are also reading lamps for nighttime enjoyment of the space, where you can journal, read, or sip wine with your spouse on the love seat.

KITCHEN
Steps away lies the galley kitchen that’s fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals at the cabin. Stainless steel appliances, tons of granite counter space, and a double sink to aid your cooking efforts, and the dishwasher may just be the best addition. After all, who wants to wash dishes on vacation? Coffee lover? We have a Keurig and one flavor of K-Cups and a drip coffee machine. Whip up hot breakfasts on the stove, lunchtime spreads with fresh ingredients you can purchase at nearby grocery stores from the fridge, or heat restaurant leftovers for dinner. We have successfully received food deliveries from places like Chipotle as well. Sorry, the ice maker is not connected to water. There is a Shell convenience store nearby for the purchase of ice (2650 Upper Middle Creek Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876).

DINING AREA
Just off the kitchen and connected with the living space awaits the scenic dining area that offers beautiful scenes with every mountain meal at the log table with matching chairs and bench. The large windows pour in natural light, and the nearby sofas offer extra dining space if needed (dinner trays provided). The dining area isn’t only great for mealtimes but also ideal for catching up on emails, setting out activities for the little ones, or playing games together.

GAME ROOM
Up for some gameplay? Head for the game room and shoot pool like a pro, challenge friends in the air hockey rink, and beat the highest scores on the multicade arcade unit with tons of classics! There’s an old school boom box to play your favorite tunes and a big screen TV plus mountain scenery for miles through the wall of windows. Enjoy game tournaments every evening and movie nights from the sofas — with the Great Smoky Mountains never more than a glance away. The hot tub is right outside the door (cabana towels included).

BEDROOMS
Breathless offers 3 bedrooms to choose from — each with a flatscreen TV, a king-size bed, and a full en-suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom is the loft on the upper level, on the other side of the spiral staircase. This sleeping area shares the bathroom with the ensuite king bedroom on the same floor. It includes two convertible twin beds that are set before the beautiful mountain views. Please see photos. The lower level bedroom has an additional twin bunk for kids or extra guests and an indoor jetted tub to relax.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Head outdoors for soothing hot tub soaks, calming sways in the Polywood rocking chairs, and fun cookouts on the new propane grill! Each deck has Polywood high-level chairs with cup holders and connected tables. These allow you to see the view over the railing and even share a meal outside. Breathless features 2 decks offering different vantage points to enjoy the Smoky Mountain scenes. The driveway is flat and paved for easier arrivals with parking for up to 4 vehicles directly in front of the cabin.

OTHER AMENITIES
Included during your stay are a washer and dryer on the lower level so you can pack light, free Wi-Fi so you can keep up with social media with ease, and access to community amenities — including a clubhouse with fitness equipment, a group pavilion, dry sauna (currently closed due to COVID), and an outdoor pool (Seasonal) with incredible Smoky Mountain views — through Legacy Mountain Resort.

NOTE
There are 3 steps leading to the front porch of the cabin. On this level is a king master suite, kitchen, living room, a covered deck/balcony, and the dining room. This is a great level for guests who don't want to navigate a lot of stairs-just the 3 to the front door! Easy to unload your belongings from the flat, paved parking in front of the cabin. Sorry, this cabin is not pet-friendly.

***99% of the cabins in the Smokies source their water from a well. You may smell sulfur, which is naturally occurring. If you run the water for a few minutes, the smell dissipates.

DRIVE TO THE CABIN
The cabin is located in a cabin resort community, with cabins next door and in front. There are no cabins behind, on the deck side, offering privacy. The drive up is fully paved but note the windy roads. these are gently sloping and not scary steep like other areas with views.

LOCAL FUN
With a convenient location to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg fun, Breathless offers more than top Smoky Mountain views and bonus amenities at the cabin. Head into town every once in a while for shopping sprees, tasty Southern sides, and exciting attractions!

Legacy Mountain Zipline is located in the neighborhood. It is the longest zipline in the U.S and rated #1 in the Pigeon Forge area. They have 6 ziplines, ranging from 450 to 3,400 feet long! ***You will receive an extensive guidebook a few days before check-in

Distance to Local Attractions: Located off of Upper Middle Creed Rd. You will turn right out of the neighborhood to reach the Parkway. For reference, Dollywood is 9 mi., Gatlinburg Convention Center is 12 mi., and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance is 14 mi.
