Understaffed at check in but very nice hotel overall. Excellent location near train station as well as 32 bus which comes often and takes you to “the mushroom”. Room was quiet and breakfast very good.

We had such an incredible time at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the communal areas are lovely and maintained really well, and the location is great if using the train as it’s directly next to the station. We were staying at the hotel during the power outage in Spain and the staff did their best to make us comfortable! They worked incredibly hard to provide food/drink and power to lobby area for people to use, and were very patient with everyone’s frustrations. Breakfast is great- especially the coffee! And the little patisserie downstairs does the most incredible apple cake. Our only negatives are that there is limited space by pool for size of hotel so we were unable to sit outside on power outage day because too many people were there (but that was is exceptional circumstances). Also the lift is really annoying. If you are on the 2nd floor for example and going down it will prioritise higher floors before coming to you so by the time it gets to you you can’t fit in with bags etc- we were waiting for 5-10 mins a few times. Small things but just good to note!

Amazing Nicest brekkie. ,lovely staff One star taken as the sofa bed was not comfy - the kids bed was too hard for anyone , even a child , to sleep on. Need better solution there guys. Everything else was so lovely .

Great location near the Seville Santa Justa Train station. Right in front of the Bus stop from where you can ride into the Old Town. Supermarket is also right opposite. The rooms are very clean and very nicely decorated. Great pool. There is the famous Bakery by Manu Jara which is amazing. Room Service was also top notch.

Hotel is nice, very pretty...nice cafe and restaurant in premises. Our room was very small, and you have to take a cab to city center,8-10 min, but hotels in City Center may be too busy to park, parking is crazy full in Sevilla. I do recommend hotel.

Outstanding quality & service

An outstanding hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It is ideally situated well served by bus and trains and it is only 40 mins walk into the historic centre.The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the variety of coffee and the skill of the barista. From start to finish the staff were superb and we will definitely visit again.

Honestly, everything was excellent. The food, the bakery, the staff, the location all of it was perfect. All of the major sight seeing locations are within an easy 30 minute walk so location is amazing. There is a taxi stand right outside so if walking isn't preferred you do not have to wait long. The bakery is spectacular. All of the staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. The room was beautiful. 10/10
