The room and bathroom were both quite small even though I paid for a larger room I don't think I got it. Sparse furnishings because more wouldn't fit. Beds only had sheets and a thin bedspread. The thermostat was inadequate so the ACwas either on or off (too cold or too warm). Poor night's sleep.

The bathroom was very small and had the smallest shower I have ever seen. The bed was very soft and I prefer a firmer mattress. The air conditioning was good.

Very bad customer service. For 3 people using same couple room by adding an extra bed . There were no space left for walking. We were 6 people booked 2 rooms for 3 beds and they provided one room with actual 3 bed (room) and second they accommodated us in 2 bed room. Because they were out of the 3 bed room. They didn’t apologize or compensate. Upon telling them that they have accommodated us in 2 bed room . They lied that it was 2 bed room. Since we had one actual 3 bed room so we were aware about it.

Great location. Friendly staff. The noise was unbelievable to put guests on the same floor as school kids banging screaming running up and down corridor late at night the again at 7am. Not the relaxing city break I hoped for very disappointing.
