Good location, decent hotel

Great location, nice staff, old beautiful interior, rooms are old and simple but pretty nice still. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. They have physical room keys that you have to leave at front desk when you leave the hotel everytime, which was odd but probably to prevent people losing the old keys.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay, really friendly and helpful staff and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated. And just a short walk from many of the Seville sights. Breakfast was good too.

Great location, safe area and walk distance to main must see. Hotel’ staff is friendly, however the hotel feels old (beds, for example, creaked a bit) bathroom not so well maintained (toilet was not totally attached to floor and moved whenever you use it), also it is weird that you have to leave your key in reception every-time you leave the hotel.

This is not a hotel. This is a hostel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were informed that they are in the process of switching from hostel to a hotel. Rude person at the reception. Rooms are tiny and smelly/moldy (not even close to what was advertised on their website). When we entered the room, there was barely any room to move between the beds and the wall. The bed and matters was so horrible that it sank almost all the way to the floor. When we informed the front desk, he could care less and told us since we already paid for the room, the would not even attempt to figure out if we can get our money back. We had to looking for another hotel at 11 pm. Oh, and roads to their hotel are completely blocked so you cannot even access this hotel easily (you have to drive for about 45 mins on the wrong one way streets to figure your way out). Stay away if you can !!!!!!!!!!!

Great central location to walk to everything, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. Close to everything! Off site parking was a bit of a hassle but to be expected in this location and the parking person was incredibly friendly.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, however, our complaint was our room location. We were put literally in a room in the lobby. It was very noisy all day and most of the night. There were workers that came in early one morning to work on something in a closet right next to our room, and their conversation was so loud. I could of sworn they were in our restroom. The beds were hard as rocks. The bright spot was that there were windows that opened to let in fresh air. It is a very convenient location to most of tr tourist destinations in Sevilla. Very walkable. One other note to add is that there was loud jackhammering during the day as there is street construction very close to the hotel. This contributed to the noise issues, but was not the only noise issue.

Hotel Europa was perfect for our 2 night stay in Seville. The staff was wonderful- they helped us buy tickets to a Flaminco show and a tour. The room was spacious and slept 3 of us comfortably in our own bed. It was in a perfect location- we were able to walk to everything quickly. Highly recommend.

Thank you we had a great stay (family with two kids). Great location. Room11 has beautiful ceramic tiled covered walls like sleeping in an Andalusia palace room.

its ok, i think the service its what they do best.

its a great area, the service was excellent, i had an issue entering the shower, the pillows were terrible, the door of the room its very thin and i was right next to the lift so i could hear everyone and the breakfast its just not worthed. but over all if you need it to sleep and central, it is ok.

Absolutely beautiful hotel just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral. Such a good price for such an excellent location. A little noise from the nearby bars at night but you're always going to get that in a city centre location. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely and friendly. If you're looking for luxury in some soulless hotel chain this isn't for you but if you love a beautiful historical building full of character you will love this. If we get the chance to come back to Seville we will definitely stay here again.
