The staff were all amazing. The hotel is in exceptionally good condition and clean. Wonderful room and bathroom facilities. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Safe area and close to the cathedral and restaurants. Will be coming back for sure.

This was a wonderful hotel. Our family stayed at the annex location just down the street. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for exploring historic and important local sites which were mapped out to us by the front desk agent. In the brief time spent in the main building, the lobby, restaurant, and lounge were clean and beautifully adorned. Our family would look to stay here again.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Room was big and comfortable and kept very clean. Kettle and coffee machine, and a mini fridge so I could buy my own milk and tea bags. I asked for a quiet room and they did their best to accommodate this, it was as quiet as it could be given the set-up (tiled floors so sound will just carry, but it wasn;t bad at all, I only had to use earplugs once.)
