Modern clean and comfortable hotel. Parking garage under hotel and rooftop pool were great. Easy walking or biking to city sites. Breakfast was great.

We couldn’t sleep properly in the first hotel room because the light was very noisy after we turned off the light. The staff came to our room to check the light and she said she wasn’t sure the issue, so she suggested us to change to another room. Most of the lights in the second room were not working, so the room was very dark.. Furthermore, the rooms were not very clean and lots of dusts. The soundproof was bad so it was very noisy at night too because we could hear clearly the motor vehicle sound on the road

Sarah at reception is very pleasant and helpful, provided a lot of information and recommendations for us when we checked in. Room was clean and they changed towels everyday. Good location.

The location of the hotel whilst being a good 30 minute walk from the main attractions in the city Centre was good for travel around the region as it was close to the Santa Justa railway station and the Seville FC football ground and surrounding shopping facilities. Issues with the hotel were: poor variety at breakfast i.e. hot foods bacon, decent sausages would be an improvement, quality of fruit provided was poor i.e. banana's bruised, other fruit not ripe and an expectation that juices provided would be of better quality. Facilities for storing/hanging clothing in rooms were inadequate due to lack of drawers/shelves, resulting in clothing remaining in suitcases. Roof terrace pool facilities and seating were good however lack of responsiveness relating to repairs to speaker system not playing correctly, for a number of days, does not help with attitudes about the hotel. Staff questioning food taken from the breakfast area to their rooms to consume, not necessary, and not permitting other foods brought externally to be consumed on the roof terrace not helpful. The provision of fridges in the rooms would be beneficial given external weather temperatures and USB points to be able to charge phones and other appliances would be welcomed and expected.

Great hotel. Location isn’t as centrally located near the main sites and tapas bars (roughly 20-30 minute walk). It is near the station so very convenient for catching the train and visiting other cities. Very lovely hotel though, good value.

Rooftop pool is the highlight of this hotel. Very relaxing vibe.Although could do with more sunbeds. Hotel is a 20mins walk to the centre of town. Service was a bit hit and miss and some of the bar staff seemed unhappy to be there.

Great hotel for visiting Seville by train.

Lovely hotel with a relaxing rooftop pool area

Really lovely hotel, close to the main railway station which is convenient for the airport bus and day trips to other cities. The pool area was lovely and a real treat for relaxing after a hot day's sightseeing. It's about a 20 minute walk into the old town, and there are cheap Servici bike hire options right outside the hotel. Local eateries were great with more generous portions than you get in most places in the more touristy areas!
