Situated in "La Judería", this house is located in the pedestrian-only side of one of the most ancient and beautiful streets in Seville. This is a very comfortable “home from home”, furnished to an exceptional standard with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture, air-conditioning, lift for comfortable access to all floors and very high quality mattresses in all beds, making it the perfect place to return after a busy days sightseeing for one or two families or a group of friends who wish to enjoy the history and character of Seville whilst living in a luxury home. The main façade faces the palace of Don Miguel Mañara, on whose early life is based the universal character of Don Juán Tenorio. The original medieval palace was modernized to Renascence style in the XVI c. and it has been declared 'Historical Patrimony of Spain'. The lateral facade faces an orange-tree lined street opposite St. Bartholomew's church, built in XVIII c. over the ancient central synagogue of Seville.

Seville city break
This is a beautiful house in a quiet location in the centre of this beautiful city. A 15 minute walk will take you most of the main attractions and there is a small supermarket nearby. One of the great things about the house was the number of bathrooms as well as the great roof terrace. Highly recommended

Making Memories in Seville
This house provided all that our family of ten needed for our reunion in Seville. Bed space was ample. The modern kitchen was outfitted well for our needs, and the modern bathrooms were spacious. The roof-top terrace not only provided space to relax and unwind after busy days, its views gave a good perspective on the neighborhood. Near restaurants, shops, and attractions, our stay in this old section of Seville met all our expectations.

Best spot in the city
We were a group of 9 (although not all were in the house at the same time) and very extremely happy with the house. Exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and since the weather was hotter than expected we really appreciated the COLD A/C!! We loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast and late night gathering. The location was close to most everything we wanted to go to, but wasn't loud. Overall, very pleased, and we would stay there again. Maria was very responsive to all questions and concerns.

Fabulous stay in Sevilla
Seven of us had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property is in a great location with many cafes nearby. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out and the amount of closet space is impressive. The ceilings are very tall and it was lovely to be able to open the windows/doors to enjoy the ambiance and fresh air. Though it rained a lot during our stay, we were able to hang out on the huge rooftop a couple of times. The communication with Maria Elena was great. She sent us a list of her favorite restaurants and also a schedule of the Semana Santa parades. If you have a large group, this is the perfect place to stay.

Seville with Friends
I stayed in this property with 5 friends and it was perfect. It is very well kept and in my opinion the pictures do not do it justice. It is very well located, a short walk from the cathedral and bars and restaurants. At the same time it is in a very quiet location. It is well equipped with numerous bathrooms. The terrace proved to be a great facility, providing a welcome place to relax at the end of the day. Maria is an incredible host. I was booking at short notice and after the initial contact she requested that I hold off booking whilst she resolved an issue with the aircon. She was aware this would be an issue for us and there was obviously a risk to her that I could have booked another property. I think alot of hosts would have kept quiet about the issue to secure the booking with little thought for us. Needless to say the issue was resolved and we finalised the booking. Maria was incredibly accommodating letting one of the party into the property ahead of time and allowing us some flexibility upon checkout. She was quick to respond to our queries and offer help. All hosts should be like this. We had no problems with the property and I would happily stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Lovely home, convenient location
We enjoyed our stay emensley. We had a few issues with wi-fi and the hot water heater & AC but Maria worked diligently to solve all of those issues. It is a four story home but the lift (elevator) was very convenient and worked well for those who preferred not to use the stairs. We also very much enjoyed the rooftop patio AND SHOWER Up there!! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, Alcazar & the cathederal & Plaza del Torro! We took several buggy rides to tour the Plaza Espania & other places and they were delightful. Saville is one of our favorite destinations in Europe!
