This spacious three-bedroom apartment is located on the iconic Feria street, one of the most historic and authentic areas in the center of Seville.

Upon entering, a hallway leads to the bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and is opposite the first full bathroom with a shower. Continuing down the hall, you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The hallway opens into a large and bright living room, flooded with natural light thanks to two small balconies overlooking Feria street. The living room is furnished with a 135 cm sofa bed, armchairs, Smart TV, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is open and connected to the living room, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Feria street is known for its authenticity and historic charm. In recent years, it has experienced significant growth, becoming one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas in Seville, offering unique cultural and gastronomic experiences.

L’appartement est idéalement placé, en plein centre. Prévoyez de stationner votre véhicule dans un parking public payant car circuler en voiture dans le quartier de Feria est très compliqué. L’appartement est très propre, les serviettes de toilette sont neuves et la literie est excellente, la décoration est soignée, la climatisation est discrète et efficace. L’immeuble est doté d’un ascenseur, service très agréable pour les valises. Le seul bémol vient du service de nettoyage à mi séjour : la femme de ménage nous a demandé de quitter l’appartement pendant qu’elle œuvrait et ne s’est pas privé de se servir une bière dans le frigidaire aux frais de la princesse.
