Fabulous central location with all amenities within walking distance. Note that we believe there is no place to park a vehicle.
Excellent host with quick response. We had an issue with shower and fixed within the hour.
Elevator was a real asset as apartment is on the top floor.
Apartment has ample room for 4 adults, well equipped kitchen with all the appliances, (although we did have to buy a t-towel), 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite.
Could have used a smart TV but in Sevillia watching TV would be your last choice.
The only real drawback is that the street is traffic busy and is very noisey - all night!
A beautiful and clean apartment located on a quiet little street conveniently located near the waterfront, restaurants, a supermarket, the Seville cathedral and many other sites.
There is a well appointed kitchen, we made breakfast every morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent sizes. Good closet space for your clothing. The air conditioning worked well to keep the apartment cool which is very important as Seville gets very hot.
The Genteel team were very easy to reach and replied back promptly to any of our questions. Marien greeted us and gave us access to the apartment. She also provided us with a map of Seville which she highlighted key historic sites and neighbourhoods to visit along with restaurant recommendations.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seville.
Close to the heart of Seville but not The train station
This is a great property. The location is good to experience all is Sevilla although a far walk from Santa Justa train station. This was a good amount of space for my husband and I to travel with our 3 teenage daughters. It was also nice to be able to wash our clothes, although note there is not a dryer which can be tricky in colder months. The bathrooms were very spacious by European standards. It was also very convenient to have a Carrefour mini market across the street. You are also in a great area for restaurants, as close as across the street. The only negative for some could be the street noise especially on the weekend. We were so tired from our daily activities this wasnât too much of an issue. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
