This charming apartment is located in one of the most important streets of Seville: Calle Tetuån. 
It is surrounded by shops and a few minutes walk from restaurants and the main monuments (Cathedral, Real AlcĂĄzar, Metropol Parasol).
 
The accommodation is completely renovated and has everything you need to ensure maximum comfort.
 
It has a capacity of 4 people since it has a double bedroom and another with two single beds with built in wardrobes.
 
It has a spacious living room with wooden floors and blcony overlooking the street TetuĂĄn, and equipped kitchen (washing machine / coffee machine / toaster) and a practical bathroom with shower.
 
The atmosphere is very bright and warm, ideal for families and groups of friends.
 
The apartment is on a second floor with no lift.

The location can’t be beat! Right on a main shopping drag and great for standing on the balcony and taking in the sounds of the city! Beds were comfy and actually, I’d like to know what kind of pillows they have because I loved them! The business of the street made it hard for one of us to sleep, but it was worth it for the location!

The location was great. We stepped out the door to the main pedestrian shopping street. It was raining while we were there so it was a great location to be able to come and go. We spent more time inside than we usually would because of the rain. It was the typical firm mattresses. Some of the furniture seemed worn out. There is only seating for three people in the living room.We appreciated the door code and the elevator.

Loved the apartment. Clean and spacious and close to shops, restaurants and the old town. Would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Seville. And on top of that Sylvia was extremely helpful when we finally got there at about 9:00pm. A great host.

Great location, nice setup. Two things detracted; the handlers wanted our ETA to meet us at arrival. They did not show up on time. When they did, the key to the apartment door did not work. One hour later we were in. The location was fabulous, the rooms were comfortable. The second detractor was when we were going to do laundry; the advertised washing machine was not there.

Best location for Seville

Apartment was in the very center of tub e city in a pedestrian zone. Apartments Ole recommended parking which is next to the apartment and pretty cheap and convenient.
