Nice host but property not as listed and dangerous

THERE IS ONLY ONE BATHROOM! This is a loft property, but as other reviews mention the pictures are deceptive. The usable space inside is halved due to the vaulted ceilings affecting every room (lots of banged heads and especially dangerous on sharp edges on velum windows.

Relaxing break with wonderful views

We had a fabulous time staying in Sevrier. The apartment was clean, had all necessary provisions for a great stay; washing machine, kettle, coffee machines, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery/ glassware. There was a bus from the end of the road running every 20 minutes into Annecy and an amazing bakery with good quality take away coffee at the end of the road. Central location for walking in the mountains or just relaxing by the lake. A little disappointing was the size of the bedrooms and the balcony which was cramped for four people ( photos are deceptive) and the shower was just a shower attachment on the bath. This did not spoil a wonderful stay, however, and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Jolie vue et espace spacieux. Appartement peu adapté aux personnes âgées car marches assez raides pour acceder au logement. Sous pente on se cogne la tete un peu partout. Grille pain HS pas remplacé malgre notre demande, pas de table pour manger en interieur.

Une hotesse extremement prete a aider et sympa. Levlac est tres proche et les velos sont partout. Belle ville, atmosphere sympa. Une vue inoubliable de la fenetre.

Très déçu par le logement

Logement sale , vaisselle complètement à renouveler.Table de salon de jardin démantibulée ,manque des pièces au niveau des pieds.La télévision a fonctionné une seule journée.Pas de photos sur l'entrée du logement , escalier qui monte à pic... dangereux.2 salles de bain sur l'annonce et une seule sur les photos pourquoi ?Un seul point positif,la vue sur le lac.

Une petite déception

Appartement bien placé avec superbe vue sur le lac et le massif de la Tournette et bien équipé, même si certains matériels sont vieillissants. Le gros problème rencontré a été l'absence de chauffage alors que la climatisation froide fonctionnait à notre arrivée. La propriétaire jointe a déclaré vouloir faire des économies d'électricité et que de toute façon, si elle remettait le chauffage au sol, cela prendrait 3 jours pour produire de la chaleur. Résultat nous avons eu froid durant les 3 jours ; ce qui a nous a peu gâché notre séjour au lac d'Annecy !!!

Vue magnifique

L'emplacement est parfait avec tous les commerces a proximité et annecy a 10mn. La vue du balcon(trop petit pour 5 personnes) est magnifique. Le salon/cuisine est parfait avec tout le necessaire a disposition. Les 3 chambres sont tres bien a part quelques meubles vieillissants. Les wc sont dans la salle de bain ce qui est dommage et la baignoire ne possede pas de rideau ni paroie donc compliquer de pas mettre d'eau partout... Et enfin le chauffage nest pas reglable car chauffage au sol par le propriétaire du dessous.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist aber aufgrund der billigen Ausstattung und des ungepflegten Außenbereichs zu teuer. Ein Entrümpeln der Küchenschränke wäre wünschenswert. Die Außentreppe ist sehr eng und steil, vor allem mit Gepäck. Der freie Ausblick auf den See ist sehr schön.

Une Senseo contre une N'ESPRESSO 😂

Très belle appartement spacieux avec une très belle vue sur le lac d'Annecy et les montagne ,petit bemol dans l'anonce on nous signale que la cafetière est une N'espresso, j'ai donc acheté les capsules car moi j'ai une Senseo ,mais a l arrivée la cafetière est une Senseo ,il y a aussi un aspirateur que l'on recharge mais impossible de trouvé le fil heureusement il y avait un balai mais bien sur pas de pelle, mais le proprietaire charment ma dépanné, c'est dommage car nous avons passé un bon week-end
