Everything just perfect!
This was our second stay here and we will be back again. The house is clean, very well supplied, and in an awesome location. We had lots of fun outside playing cornhole and sitting in the sun. Great place and great hosts!

WOW!! You can't get a better stay than here!
We stayed for 2 nights. Lona is an absolute doll and fantastic with communication. She stopped in after we arrived to drop off fresh baked cookies. The coffee was already prepped for the morning. She also let us know that there was construction in town and to make sure we allowed an extra 15 mins to get to our fishing trip. The location is 7mins outside of town, so very convenient to get to the charters. The home itself had 3 queen beds, and 3 twins, and 2 full bathrooms stocked with extra soft towels. The kitchen had everything you could imagine you might need. If it wasnt there, you didn't need it. If you need a place to stay - DON'T LOOK FURTHER THIS IS IT!!! Thanks Lona & Dean!

Amazing location and great hosts!
What a great place to stay! If you're looking to get a sense for the wildlife in SE Alaska, this place will surely help. It's also fully stocked, very comfortable and the hosts are incredibly kind and gracious. Our only regret is that we couldn't spend more time there. We highly recommend and if we visit the area, we'd love to come back!

Great place and wonderful hosts
This was the perfect place for our family of 6. (Parents and 4 adult children) It is a spacious, comfortable home with extra amenities of outdoor picnic patio, porch front and back, washer & dryer and more kitchen equipment than any VRBO we have ever stayed in. Convenient, quiet location easy to find. The hosts are the best part - helpful with information and tips about the area and lots of interesting stories about their time in Alaska. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely stay
We booked this property to spend the night in Seward before our halibut fishing trip so we wouldn’t have to leave Soldotna super early the morning of the trip. I’m so thankful we decided to stay at your property! Lona was super easy to communicate with leading up to our arrival and during our stay. The house was very clean and the property was really lovely with a fire pit and sitting area by a stream. We really loved the dinner recommendation Lona made also! My father remarked that he wished we had been able to stay longer and I agree. Thanks Lona, hope we will be able to stay with y’all again!

One of a kind

Amazing home base for making memories in Seward and at Kenai Fjords National Park! Very close! The house was super clean, well laid out for families of groups, and seeing the animal specimens was an adventure in itself! The hosts go above and beyond to communicate and they are pros at making it a great experience. Recommend highly!
