Waterfront, Great Views but Freezing Cold Shower

Pros: Waterfront location.
Cons: Fix the water temperature.
Location: Seward has unlimited outdoor activities and is the gateway ti Kenai National Park. I recommend taking the 6 or 8 hour boat excursion into the park.
Excellent waterfront inn but I wasn't expecting to wake up to a ice cold shower.
