This is our first time visiting Shanghai, and we are very satisfied with our decision to stay in this hotel. The free shuttle provided by the hotel is a sweet bonus. The room is very clean and spacious with good amenities. The staff from the Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Breakfast departments are all professionals who extend excellent customer service to guests. Thank you!

The room was very clean, neat and organized. Beds and pillows are comfy. Maybe future provide lotion an make up remover packets for guests. We forgot to bring ours this time Overall, great property and great staff.
The hotel had many amenities and postings of items and costs. Well worth it.
We added the daily breakfast. Great value and delicious food. Great for adults and kids Great selections

Room was very practical and even had its own luggage room with wardrobe. Air con was available and room was clean and spacious. Good array of toiletries also provided. Service, especially the concierge was really good and most staff spoke English very well. The shuttle buses to Disney and the airport were also a great time and money saved. Would definitely stay again!

部屋はきれいで、朝食もブッフェ形式でとてもおいしいです。 徒歩圏内に駅はないのでやや不便。ホテルが駅までのシャトルバスを出しているが、出発の時間が決まっているため、少し自由さが欠ける。 ディズニーランドからホテルに戻ってコンビニエンスストアが近くにあればよいなと思うことがあったが、近くにはない（10分くらい歩いたところにNovotel Shanghai Cloverがありその目の前には、セブンイレブンとファミリーマートがあるのでそこまで歩く必要がある） 施設面については非常に良いホテルだが、上海を自由に観光する面では少し工夫が必要かなと感じる
