All the staff were really helpful. The tail is only 10 minutes away from a premium outlet so we’re worth a visit great for one or two nights when flying through Shanghai would stay again.

Poor customer service, no one could understand basic English! 3 paying customers 2 towels ,2 cups for tea,2 glasses for brushing teeth.First night 2 polite phone conversations. Nothing, 3rd call gentleman comes with towels no cups! And i could go on and on.In the end got paper cups. The second night couldn't get air con to work.Wrote politely on app,we are going out forvthe day could you get someone to check our aircon please, not working, 'would you like a fan?' ,no,maybe we incorrectly used it can you send someone. Yes we will. No it wasn't looked at! Another hot night. Also, house cleaning only made beds and replaced towels.Didnt clean anything!

Worth the Effort

Well run hotel with all the comforts and ameninities you would expect. I looked forward to breakfast every day. Quiet, peaceful with great water pressure and soft bedding. Add a no smoking policy and bilingual staff and it was perfect staying here!
