The most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered at any hotel in Shanghai. Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. Would book again.

Hidden gem

Great service, very professional staff. Excellent breakfast, with varied menus. Hotel next to subway station, with on site laundry facilities and gym. We stayed 2 weeks - we will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to Shanghai.

Plenty of space for two people with the split level. It has 3 air conditioning units hooray! such a welcome respite. The facilities were top notch and a Metro minutes away which we used to get to Shanghai Airport to Maglev Station. Also a convenience store , starbucks and Hey Tea in the vicinity. We had a washing machine and drier in our unit so amazing.

Modem property across the street from the subway. Also many small eateries, convenience shops accessible underground. Love the fridge and microwave in the rooms. Only potentially concern is that the beds are upstairs and may be hard for older guests.

I stayed in a loft apartment for 10 nights. The room was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient.
