Dark, dinghy and not much light or windows

Room was small but it was ok, only problem was no windows or natural light. Lights were all dim, couldn't tell the time of day. Room service was good but would have appreciated some vacuuming. Also, paper thin walls. Good for price though.

Windowless Rooms

Not a bad hotel for the price. However, when booking, there was nothing to say that the rooms we booked had no windows. Bit disappointed.

Room a bit small

The room booked for me had no window. I had to pay extra at check in to upgrade to a standard twin bed room. Still the size of the standard room of this hotel is on the small scale compared with other hotels I have stayed in before. It's not a hotel that I would like to go back again.

Disappointing

Good: Staff spoke good English, comfortable bed and pillow, nice interior, fairly convenient location. Bad: Staff not very eager to help at all, coudn't answer simple questions and could not find my reservation, internet not working, sewer smell and beetles/cockroaches in the bathroom, fridge not working, dirty cups, Water boiler dangerous, drafty and noisy room. NOT coming back!

防音が最悪

防音が最悪で廊下や近くの部屋から声が良く聞こえる。 部屋のカーペットも汚れていました。 地下鉄の駅が比較的近いのだけは良かったが近所にお店は少なく、慣れない日本人だけで泊まるのはお勧めできない。

상해여행 호텔

예약 1시간 후 방문을했지만 자료가 없다고하여 체크인 하는데 40분이 넘게 걸렸습니다. 그리고 주변설명에 나온 위치랑 달라서 상당히 고생을 했습니다. 호텔 자체는 좋습니다

Fenster & Englisch sprechendes Personal Mangelware

Zimmer: Viele Fenster sind OHNE Fenster, sodass es zum einen sehr heiß war (Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht) und zum anderen die Luft stickig war (Schimmelgeruch o.ä.). Zum anderen sind die Zimmer teilweise sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer ist durch eine Glaswand vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt und trotz Gardine (transparent), musste/konnte man so seinen Partner bei allen Badaktivitäten beobachten. Ansonsten waren die Sauberkeit/Ausstattung der Zimmer in Ordnung- man darf hier allerdings keine 4 Sterne nach deutschem Standard erwarten. Personal: An der Rezeption war rund um die Uhr Personal anzutreffen, jedoch bringt einem dies, wenn man kein chinesisch spricht auch nicht viel. Tagsüber hatte man manchmal Glück, dass jemand etwas Englisch konnte. Aber auch dann musste man oft viel Zeit und Geduld mitbringen und am besten noch ein Handy mit Übersetzer. So wurden selbst die kleinsten Angelegenheiten zur Zerreißprobe. Trotz der Verständigungsprobleme waren die Angestellten bis auf wenige Ausnahmen aber recht freundlich.

Get more for your money

Very satisfied No bad surprise with this hotel More than satisfied for what paid Hotel worker that spoke english was of great great help for us. Metro is a bit far may be 10 min walk Which is the only down side

人很杂，而且这里没有标明是无窗房！很压抑同时隔音效果极差隔壁的房间的声音就跟自己房里差不多！走廊上还有人一直晃来晃去！超可怕！我是用凳子抵着房门睡的！不会再来住了！！
