One of best locations in Shanghai to stay. Staff are nice and accommodating. Easy dining options. Buffet Breakfast is included and good. Coffee are good with nice coffee machine. Hotel city views of good too. Lt is near subway station and easy going all around. Very good stay, thanks!

Pros Great location Nice pool and spa area with nice staff Nice bed sheets Nice view Cons Air con was very temperamental switching itself on and off Light switches didn’t link properly to the correct setting - impossible to turn off just one bedroom lamp, foyer setting would switch on something else.. Lack of shelf space in the bathroom Door was sliding and didn’t close entirely (see picture) Had to take own cases up to room - surprising for a 5* hotel

Super nice hotel in a central area of Shanghai! Easy to walk around, just next to the metro station and also fast to get a taxi if needed. The hotel was nice, the cleaning service was excellent and also the reception was helpful. Breakfast was also good, but depending on the hour a lot of things were not replaced when finished. In conclusion, really good hotel. I will stay there again!

Exceptional Staff!

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. From the check in with Ricky to Jerry at the restaurant and flow lounge. There were other staff at the Flow Lounge who were so attentive, and friendly. It was lovely. Their English was also excellent! Now knowing of this hotel in shanghai, I will try to stay here each time I visit.
