1. We arrived 3:45pm (check-in time starts at 3:00pm) and we were told that our room is not ready and we have to wait. 2. I paid "City View" and we got a room on 6th floor and the only view we had was the wall of the opposite building.

Large rooms, clean and very friendly staff. Good location, walkable to restaurants and awesome shipping. The only two gripes are soft beds and the dining experience. I’ll avoid the buffet breakfast on my next stay.
