Right next to pedestrian street

Great value and right adjacent to Feng Cai pedestrian street, but no heat (the norm for a hotel in this price range in China). Also, I was woken up a number of times by loud neighbors/hallway people. But, the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I can speak mandarin, you would have problems communicating if you have no mandarin skills.
