Our room cleaning was very good, however the staff in the dining area seemed very inconsistent and many looked stressed or bored not helping. Had one ask us to move tables twice to be at his table. Food was not good. I’m still sick in bed with running to restroom every time I try to eat or drink. Eggs for omelets left out too long unfridgerated.
The stairs to get up to room was very difficult since I have a bad knee. I was in pain most of the time. A sea view room should be accommodating to handicapped individuals without this pain.
Check in the band machine to run our cars would not function properly prolonging our check in process. We even called our bank and they assured us it was on their end so we finally got a manager to send a link to pay. Wasted 2 hours on our check in day with this AND an international call cost!
We paid for all inclusive and the dining only in buffet was misleading. And terrible selection. Reused items obvious left from last service or day before. After paying this much and this service was very disappointing.
