Nestled among beautiful dogwood trees, this charming Shaver Lake cabin blends rustic character with modern comfort, making it perfect for family getaways and year-round escapes. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with classic wood interiors and vintage-inspired décor. Wyldwood is designed to create a cozy, memorable stay, combining cabin charm with thoughtful, family-friendly touches.



The Space:

This cozy Shaver Lake cabin is thoughtfully designed for families to relax, reconnect, and enjoy mountain living. The main living area features rustic wood accents, a warm fireplace, and large windows that bring in natural light and peaceful forest views.



The home offers three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups. Upstairs, the children’s playroom loft is a favorite feature, complete with two twin beds and trundles, creating a fun and imaginative sleeping and play area for kids.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, while the dining area offers a welcoming space to gather for family dinners and game nights. Step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, outdoor dining, or quiet moments surrounded by nature.



This cabin blends comfort, charm, and functionality to create the perfect mountain retreat.

The Neighborhood:

Sierra Cedars is renowned for its natural beauty and outdoor adventures. From hiking and mountain biking to fishing and boating on Shaver Lake, there's no shortage of activities to explore just a stone's throw away. During winter, experience the wonderland of snow with skiing and snowboarding opportunities in the nearby China Peak Mountain Resort.



Getting Around:

This cabin has a driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal.

No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways.

There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation.



Other Things to Note:

BBQ Grill Policy:

The BBQ grill is available for guest use; however, propane is not provided or guaranteed. Guests must bring their own propane tank if they plan to use the grill. Propane tanks can be filled locally at Shaver Lake Hardware. No refunds or discounts will be issued due to lack of propane.

4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake (168-E)

The cabin was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults and 2 kids. The host had great communication, and there was plenty of parking for our cars. Overall, we had a great stay. The only thing we would have liked is for some of the drawers with games and kitchen items to be a bit more organized.

Group Comfort with a Rustic Charm

My family had a wonderful time here. The comfortable couches and abundant seating options allowed us all to relax together after we spent the days hiking or on Shaver Lake. We played games, made smores, grilled steaks, burgers and the fish we caught. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. My family really needed the break. Very thankful.

Beautiful cabin

It was private, serene and spacious. All necessities were available in the cabin. Some Hickups along the way but management assisted with finding Solutions. Cabin had many beautiful features. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter getaway!!

The family and I stayed for the long President’s Day weekend in the Wyldwood Cabin. The rustic charm was exactly what we were looking for. The pebble tech flooring was so unique and perfect for a family going and coming from the snow. Very roomy and several seating areas for multiple conversation or game playing. The grandkids took over the loft and played for hours. It was like their own little apartment. Amanda is a terrific host and extremely prompt in her response to any questions. We will most definitely be back
