Room too small and crowded to be considered a suite, when hideaway bed was pulled out you barely had room to get to the bathroom. Bathroom too small to move around in considering 5 people trying to get up and around in the morning. Charged more than I was given a receipt for, told I would be refunded in 10-15 days, we were traveling on very limited funds so this was a little bit of a spoiler since I I wasn't informed before hand. Not a good experience for the cost.

The room we first had had urine stains on the pull out couch. There were hairs on the linen. We changed rooms and it wasn't much better. Tears in the window shades, holes in the lamp shades, no fresh towels the next day or service and refrigerator was dirty. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff freindly. The TV volume could not be controlled by the remote and the light above the mirror in the bathroom wasn't working but no big deal. The breakfast area, however, was very congested. A better flow pattern needs to be worked out. Overall, we would stay there again if/when passing through Shawnee.
