Not so good service

We asked for clean towels 2 days in a row which we never received. We would walk in at evening and 2 people at the door and 3 at the desk didn't look up or acknowledge there were humans walking by because they were ALL on their phones.

It was ok here but good luck on winning anything in the casino. Typical Indian Casino that just doesn’t pay out on the slots. Played many different machines - no good on any of them.

Beautiful hotel. Very courteous and kind people. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable. Sheet kept coming off in the night. And the pillows!!?! Bring your own. They’re pitiful!

Awesome experience. We flew in for a funeral service in Shawnee, and this place was fantastic for a quick trip into town. Clean room, great service and’s staff, and excellent restaurants.
