We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's bungalow. The home was very clean, updated and cozy. The amenities were plentiful, and we had everything we needed for cooking, which we did several times during our three week stay. The neighborhood was very pleasant for walking, and downtown Shawnee was just about a mile away for easy access by either walking or driving. With the one minor issue we had, Carrie addressed it immediately, and her communication was always prompt both before and during our time at her home.

The Shawnee Bungalow was perfect for my trip with my kids. The house was cozy, clean, and very well kept. The beds were amaaaaazing, very comfy, I got great sleep. The batteries ran low on the thermostat but I messaged Carrie and she was on it right away. Great host and great place to stay.

This property is located in a quiet and safe community. We came to Shawnee for a softball tournament and this home is located 10 minutes from Mid America Complex. The home was super cute and clean. We had access to a washer and dryer which was helpful in our 11 day stay. The bedrooms were spacious as well as the bathroom. The furnishings are well kept and we felt comfortable in our home away from home. I would definitely recommend this house and if we come back for another tournament, the Shawnee Bungalow is my favorite.

Perfect stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Creekside and Homefield fields. The property was within 20 min or so of both and easy to get to and from by. The home is immaculate and well stocked! It’s also located within 15 min of anything you could need or want to do in a suburb and less than 30 min from downtown KC. The property is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood for walking or running as well. Added bonus is access to the garage for cleats, bats etc.

Great stay for the speedway!

We had a really nice day. We weren’t at the house much we spent most of our time at the speedway for the weekend, but it was nicely convenient. Only about 15 minutes away. The bed was comfortable and the home was nicely appointed.

Great property

This property is great! Clean, cute, and the kitchen is great for cooking. Carrie, our host, was very communicative the entire time. Check in was easy. The location is in a really nice neighborhood and close to shopping, movie theater and grocery stores. We will definitely stay again!

Convenient location

Updated, cute and clean 2 bedroom 1 bath house with easy access to the main arterials, shopping and restaurants. Hyvee grocery was quite close. The gas grill was perfect.

Anniversary Weekend

Shawnee Bungalow was perfect for our weekend. The place is cute, clean, and in a great location for all the places we wanted to visit. We were here for the Kansas NASCAR Race and it was only about 20 mins away. Great location. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone coming to this area!!! Thank you

Clean & quiet location

Stay was great, perfect for our family of three. My only run was the street construction which made entry slightly inconvenient. Other than that we had clean towels and sheets with enough kitchen amenities to make breakfast or reheat leftovers. Host was easy to communicate with also.

Excellent Host!

We came into town for a girls trip and our stay was excellent!! The property was well cared for, clean and quiet! . There was a hiccup with the air conditioning but the host was extremely quick to get repairs made and kept communication up through the whole process!! I would easily book a property from this host again!! She was amazing!!

Perfect Bungalow!

I appreciated all the little details that our host provided in the adorable bungalow. She shared some ideas of things to do during our visit, and was immediate in response to adjusting the thermostat. The house was a perfect place of tranquility and comfort for our nice weekend getaway!
