* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $125 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Very comfortable. Pictures do not do this justice. Bed was comfortable and unit had everything we needed. Owner was great with communication and responded instantly to any of my questions.
We needed a few days out of the house while work was being done at home. This was just what we needed. It was clean and functional. The apartment was in a location that was easy to get to. It definitely met our needs and I would recommend it to anyone.
The property owner requires a third party check-in process and an undisclosed non-refundable damage fee before check-in. This was not advertised upon booking and was an additional fee on top of the booking fees.
The bedrooms are located next to a busy street. The vehicle traffic sounds like it's right in the room. The neighbors above were very noisy as well. I did not sleep well at all.
We came in for the Big12 tournament. It was nice not to be in the city but not that far away. The accommodations had everything we needed. We would book it again if the occasion arises.
This property is even more beautiful in person than it is in the impressive property photos. We rented for 2 weeks as a pair of co-workers visiting for a work project. Our project ran over by a week and we even tried to extend our stay because we loved it so much. Huge kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, great location, clean property, great appliances and HVAC system. So much more comfortable and well-appointed than even the nicest hotels in the area. We will definitely rent this property again on our next trip back to visit our client in the area.
