The property is very nice with laundry and games room available. When I arrived the room was clean, but there were no equipment to keep it clean during my week long stay. Kitchen has only utensils, no plates or pans. It does have oven, stove, microwave and kettle. Staff were friendly but my check in experience was horrible. First it was moved later on the day, then I ended up waiting over an hour after the new time outside the building in the cold and dark as the instructions were to wait there. I realised later that the building had a waiting area which was not communicated to me. While waiting for check in there was no communication of them being late, I had to call support who was unable to do much. They were apologetic afterwards but it was an unpleasant experience that could have been avoided if I was told I could wait inside.
