This cozy oceanview unit is one half of a newly remodeled duplex located on Shelter Cove Golf Course, right by the airport runway with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Watch planes take off, enjoy stunning sunsets from the front porch, and take a short walk to the beach. Perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to relax, explore, and soak up the coastal charm of Shelter Cove.
This private 2-story, 1100 sq ft unit features its own entrance and a deck overlooking the golf course, runway, and ocean. The main level includes an open living space with a sitting/TV area, dining area, half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Upstairs has two bedrooms (one king, one with a queen and twin beds) and a full bath with shower – ideal for families, friends, or two couples (sleeps 4–5). Each bedroom has a Roku TV for your favorite shows. In the garage, you’ll find a washer and dryer, a set of golf clubs, and 4 bikes to explore the charming coastal town. The golf course is just steps away if you’re ready to play! Extra freezer is available in the garage to stock up on your daily catch of fish. Whether you're here to unwind or adventure, this comfortable coastal duplex has everything you need for a memorable stay.
Shelter Cove is one of the most peaceful, secluded spots on the Northern California coast. It may take some effort to get here, but it’s absolutely worth it. Please note: there’s no public transit or ride-share service in town, but everything is within easy walking or biking distance.
