Overall an exceptional hotel and especially considering the surrounding new area. Everything was geared towards perfection with a friendly staff and attentive service.

접근성을 제외하면 가성비 높은 호텔
출장으로 선택한 호텔이었으며, 오픈한지 얼마되지 않아서 깨끗하고 조식도 좋은 숙박시설이었습니다. 단지, 실제 전화번호와 인터넷상의 번호가 달라서 처음에 불편했지만, 룸 컨디션이나 어메너티 등 모든 것이 가격대비 매우 훌륭했습니다.

숙박 예약할때 아침식사 포함으로 예약을 했으나 체크인하고 아침식사할때 식사 포함이 안되어 있어서 추가 비용을 내고 식사하게 되어 상당히 불쾌했다. 분명히 확인하고 예약했다. 이를 어떻게 어디서 호소해야 되는가요?
