Excellent accomodation. Staff helpful, good little cafe at reception. Turn left out of hotel and a few minutes walk from bustling food shops and restaurants. 3-4 minutes walk from metro, when turning right out of hotel.

Worst experience. I never had such a bad experience ever while travelling to China. Hotel is totally different from the pictures shown on the platform. Apart from other negative points, worst was that there are no lockers in the rooms and big amount of cash got stolen from our rooms. I proved it from the facts that their house keeping staff stole the money but the hotel management wasn’t ready to cooperate in inquiring. Rather they tried to pressurise me and blamed me for extortion. Instead of helping the customer they rather got defensive. Their management was reluctant to check their CCTV footages and even after repeated requests they didn’t check CCTV footages to find out that who entered my room. Overall a pathetic experience. This hotel is just too much over-rated on expedia may be with fake reviews. I won’t recommend to anyone.

Great hotel with clean, well-equipped rooms and at a very reasonable price. Staff are courteous and helpful. Complimentary coffees are a nice touch. Location is convenient with lots of eateries around. Downsides are the front of hotel is fenced off from the road so cars pickup and drop offs needs to be around 20 metres away and not so convenient if you're carrying lots of bags and luggage. Also ceiling and seals inside shower showing a bit of age and wear. Otherwise housekeeping does a great job as the room is very clean by smaller hotels' standards.

second time staying in this hotel. really love the vibes of the hotel. staff are nice and helpful as well. overall a very very good stay, but it would be better if they can improve their gym as it is really very limited. it does not even have a bench. other than that, the hotel is perfect

A modern cozy hotel

The hotel was modern, clean, and well maintained. Centrally located for food, shopping, and transport. Everything within a few meters walk. Also accessible to tourist spots. Breakfast comes with lots of choices. Makes our stay in Shenzhen a memorable one.

It's close to subway, walkable in 5 mins, and it's close to many shops and eateries. We're allowed to check in an hour before official check-in time. Room was clean, spacious, modern and with a very big TV. The street around is always busy, particularly when construction work is undergoing. Included breakfast was quite good, not fancy but with reasonably mix to make it filling and nutritious. It's not a fancy hotel but practicable and good value.
