Hotel located 4 mins to CoCo Park mall. Very convenient. Location also near high speed train to Hkg. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Only the pillow is alittle too flat . Overall, good experience.

Lovely my stay here. All staff were incredibly friendly. My luggage wheel broke on my way to the hotel and one of the in house staff fixed it for me. I was very well looked after, especially by staff member Amy who went above and beyond to help me around, especially not knowing the language and area very well. Highly recommend staying at Crowne Plaza when in Shen Zhen!
