酒店樓層高，視野廣闊，抵讚！酒店與one mall緊接，很方便。 房間冷氣不夠，廁板有漬，床單亦有污漬，待改善。 31樓接待處辦理入住時日間員工欠笑容，查詢時態度較冷淡。反之夜班員工很好，經過時亦會主動打招呼問安。 早餐在30樓，食物種類多，員工亦有禮貌。
