Hotel room was great. I would like to compliment 2 special staffs from the front desk. Jonathan and Daphne. When I first arrived after a 4 hours flight, i saw Jonathan who was at the front desk on his mid night shift. I did a request for a room which has bath tub for my kid. With his great customer service attitude he try and manage to secure a room for us. He is willing to go the extra mile to meet customer’s requirements. Daphne, on the other hand. Assisted me on sending a package out to my vendor on an urgent case. Great staffs you have and i am coming back to your hotel every trip in Shenzhen.

During my stay, I didn’t include breakfast because there are lots of food chain around the area. It is very convenient to take a ride to the subway. The room is big and clean. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I return to Shenzhen ( Take Line 2 and exit A). You will see a Starbucks. Go to the 23rd floor of the bldg.

As always, language is a problem initially until a foreign staff member helped out. A evening shift staff member helped me out good to get a sim card nearby. Breakfast ok ok . Had much better else where. Kept on asking the folks for some splenda or equal not everone is albe to use regular sugar. They bring 6 packets then they are gone leaving the regular white sugar . Just dont get itbwhy not leave the whole box near the coffee machine. Breakfast could be better. Lots of croissants were stale . Coffee machine does not serve the coffee hot, undrinkable . Rooms were comfortable. Internet worked ok. Not a single english channel on tv and as usual all instructions are in chinese. I will look for a western brand next time ..
