Balcony view over Main Street for the rodeo parade & street dance, 3rd Thursday Street Fest. Kids in the cozy loft or private sleeping alcove in the main room, & you & the other adults will revel in the luxurious linens over the memory foam mattresses in 2 king-bed suites with private en-suite bathrooms.

Tastefully decorated for the holidays, complete with Christmas Tree and stockings hung by the chimney with care! Built in 1892, this luxurious downtown loft apartment, located on the second floor and accessed by stairs, is completely renovated top to bottom. You’ll have the best view from your balcony over Main Street for the rodeo parade and street dance, all the fun of Third Thursday Street festivals and the good times that happen on hot nights in downtown Sheridan though you may not want to leave this beautifully renovated spacious apartment. The kids will love the cozy loft and pulling the velvet drapes to enclose their own private sleeping alcove in the main room, and you and the other adults will revel in the luxurious linens over the memory foam mattresses in the two king-bed suites with private en-suite bathrooms with heated tile floors, one suite with a luxurious soaking tub and an awesome view from the Juliet balcony of historic downtown Sheridan, the other suite with a spacious closet and walk-in shower. So enjoy drinks under the pergola on the back deck with its city view before firing up the pro gas range in the kitchen or give in to all the options at your doorstep and walk across the street to some of the best dining in Wyoming at Frackleton’s or Just Le Doux It, grab a bite at Midtown or Cowboy Cafe, fresh ground at Bison Coffee or Java Moon or walk a couple blocks for Andi’s Bakery, Pad Thai, La Herradurra, Wyoming Rib and Chop, Cattlecreek or the Uptown Shabby Eatery. The culinary options are many and so are those for entertainment. The historic Wyo Theatre diagonal across the street offers shows year-round, several art galleries and the cinema, library and beautiful downtown city parks, playgrounds and dog parks are just a couple blocks away with more enticing restaurants and three breweries, a distillery and wine tasting room on the way.

Smart locks secure the street level front door and upstairs front door. A lock box secures the back door which you will use to access the parking lot. Gorgeous City Style Loft meets Natural Beauty of Wyoming
This loft has everything you would want or need. Quiet, spacious, extremely well maintained and stocked. Includes chef style kitchen with everthing you need. The back deck is perfect for an evening in or afternoon enjoying the WY sunshine. To top it off, our host was amazing, communicative, and provided an overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Sheridan.

Great spot in the heart of Downtown Sheridan
Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING for Rodeo Week!!! Ellie has an absolute beautiful place to stay on Main Street. We had everything that we could possibly need for a week’s vacation. Just steps from the place is a great coffee shop (Bison Union), yummy places to eat (Frackletons, Cowboy Cafe, and Midtown Cafe), and stores to shop (King’s, High Mercantile, and Surf Wyoming). I am not a drinker but the Mint Bar is just within the same block. I also felt very safe doing my 5:30 am jogs in the Main Street area. I’ll definitely be returning to Sheridan and will book with Ellie again!!

We loved this high end but very comfortable and easily accessible vrbo. We had an amazing time walking around Sheridan , touring the breweries, and going out to eat! The perfect getaway for my husband and I. We will absolutely be back!!!

This is my second stay at the loft and it has become one of my favorite places to stay during a quick overnight getaway. Ellie is always kind and ready to help if and when it’s needed. The loft is comfortable, walking distance to shops and restaurants/bars and all around amazing. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. Can’t wait to stay again.

Amazing Perfection
This property was nothing short of perfection. This beautifully renovated loft was in a great location in the heart of downtown Sheridan. A simple walk down a flight of stairs and you are walking distance to all the shops & dining. Also, just a few doors down from famous Mint Bar (that is either a good thing, or bad). The loft itself was amazing. The attention to detail was unlike most VRBO's we have stayed at. From the well-equipped kitchen to the heated floors in the bathroom, to the spacious living areas. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here. We are hoping to return in the future with our son, so he can stay in the loft above the kitchen (he would absolutely get a kick out of it).
