The kids will love the cozy loft and pulling the velvet drapes to enclose their own private sleeping alcove in the main room, and you and the other adults will revel in the luxurious linens over the memory foam mattresses in the two king-bed suites with private en-suite bathrooms with heated tile floors, one suite with a luxurious soaking tub and an awesome view from the Juliet balcony of historic downtown Sheridan, the other suite with a spacious closet and walk-in shower. So enjoy drinks under the pergola on the back deck with its city view before firing up the pro gas range in the kitchen or give in to all the options at your doorstep and walk across the street to some of the best dining in Wyoming at Frackleton’s or Just Le Doux It, grab a bite at Midtown or Cowboy Cafe, fresh ground at Bison Coffee or Java Moon or walk a couple blocks for Andi’s Bakery, Pad Thai, La Herradurra, Wyoming Rib and Chop, Cattlecreek or the Uptown Shabby Eatery. The culinary options are many and so are those for entertainment. The historic Wyo Theatre diagonal across the street offers shows year-round, several art galleries and the cinema, library and beautiful downtown city parks, playgrounds and dog parks are just a couple blocks away with more enticing restaurants and three breweries, a distillery and wine tasting room on the way.

Smart locks secure the street level front door and upstairs front door. A lock box secures the back door which you will use to access the parking lot. Pets are allowed with an additional per pet fee. WE LOVE YOUR 4-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS and we love to travel with our own! But, please treat our home with consideration when you bring your pets. We continue to have issues with guests who promise their pets are well-behaved and won't get on furniture who then leave major fur cleanup. We want to continue to welcome pets, but have decided to increase our pet fee to account for the intensive cleaning required post stay.

Please don't use regular dishware for pet food & water.
Please do not allow pets onto furniture, beds or bedding.
Please use the provided food and water bowls and pet beds.

Must be 21 to book. Base price for two guests is based on the assumption that a bed is shared. If separate beds for the first two guests are preferred, an additional $25 laundering fee will be requested. (for example, two guests with separate beds have a base price plus $25 for extra bed per night. Four guests with two guests sharing a bed and the third and fourth guests with separate beds have a base price plus 2 extra guest fees plus 2 extra bed fees of $25 each per night). Events including additional daytime only guests of up to 10 people are allowed without notification.
