Welcome! My modern 2-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Sheridan trip. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, self check-in, and free coffee and tea. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Our complex is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, bars, and shops. An ideal base to explore Sheridan.

The Space:
This unit has a wonder full kitchen, open layout to dining and living room, 2 queen bed rooms (EACH with a private bathroom, and an additional guest bathroom! Keep reading to learn more about the unbeatable location and features!

Entering you will be welcomed by a modern spacious entryway with space for jackets and shoes, leading into the spacious living room, followed by a dining room, and lastly the modern full kitchen with a charming island! You will find space to relax and watch T.V or head upstairs to get some rest in either comfy queen bedroom!

You’ll be close to everything in Sheridan, but private enough in this studio to enjoy a relaxing Wyoming retreat!

Starting at the front door you will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! There are only a few steps required to enter the unit!

Open layout living room, dining and kitchen + guest bath on the main level! Upstairs features 2 queen bedrooms with private baths and the washer and dryer! The spacious living room area, charming kitchen island, patio + AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION will make your stay highly memorable!

Guest Access:
At this convenient modern 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit, you will be able to enjoy keyless entry provided, no need to stress about keys! The entry code provided upon check in! ( This is changed remotely so you can rest assured you are in a safe home!)

Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!
(Please note, there is a unit downstairs as well as next door, they understand stomping and late night noise is not allowed, if you run into any issues with this at all please simply text us and we will see to it this is addressed immediately, although it is in confidence not to be expected. )

The Neighborhood:
When we say convenient, we mean it! This central modern unit is steps from the very best Sheridan has to offer, while only a short walk to downtown! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails or the park down the street!

Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter.

If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more!

Museums and historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 10 minutes away!

Getting Around:
Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 10 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance!

With only a short drive or walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions Sheridan has to offer!

If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch or chairs in the living room near the fireplace and read a book or watch your favorite show downstairs and order food through the tablet, while enjoying Wyoming.

Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own unit. There is a downstairs unit, as well as next door, all guests are aware to be mindful of noise transfer.

Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.

For parking at this property you may park in front the unit or on the street, for 1-2 cars/trucks.

If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, a parking garage at the bank near by, or you may park it on the street in front or near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors.

Sheridan, Wyoming perfect in town venue
This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is in a charming neighborhood close to Sheridan's historic downtown. The bedrooms are mirror images of each other, each with its own adjoining bathroom- ideal for us- 2 friends visiting for a special event. We appreciated the updated tasteful decor and super clean everything! Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Ample parking on both sides of the street, easy check in and check out were a plus.

Nice property
This is a nice, fairly new property in a decent location on S. Main St in Sheridan. Its an easy walk downtown, past some wonderful old, but well maintained, mansions. There are a few maintenance and communications issues we shared with the property manager, and I am sure they will be addressed. Manager was very courteous throughout.

We have stayed at this property twice now and both times were great! This time we had to extend our stay due to weather delaying our travel and the management company was super helpful and accommodating. We also lost an item and the cleaning crew recovered it and is mailing it back to us. Excellent property, we highly recommend!

Great, new, clean place!
The stay in Sheridan was great. The location was easy to find right on the end of main street. We parked on the side of the street with our pickup and trailer and it was easy in and out. The unit was clean and had plenty of space. My only suggestion would be that they obtain a pot and pan to make the place even better. There were a couple of small fry pans, but no kettles or cookie sheets or anything we could use to make dinner with. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.
