Claire at the front desk is an absolute gem. She will fix any problems to make your stay a pleasant experience. She is worth 10x her present salary! The room could have used a complete vacuuming. What has happened to thorough cleaning in these chains lately????

One of worst overall experiences ever.

We booked a King Suite so that we could use the full kitchen to store our food and cook in the room to avoid going out to a restaurant during Covid outbreak in this area. However, when we checked in, there was not a single spoon, knofe, fork, pot, pan, dish or glass in the entire kitchen. The kitchen was the largest we had ever seen in a hotel room, which was a nice surprise, butbwhen my wife got the spaghetti out to cook, we had nothing to boil water in. I went down to the front desk to ask, thinking maybe we could check out utensils and cookware at the front desk. She just looked at me with a blank stare and said "Oh.....sorry". I explained that we're both older and need to avoid crowds so we paid extra to stay in a room where we could stay safe and cook our own meals. She offered to get us a paper plate from their breakfast area. Really? So we knew that they weren't going to do anything for us. The room was absolutly feezing and the thermostat on the wall would either be fan on or fan off as the "auto" mode wouldn't work. So we had to keep getting up during the night to turn the fan either back on or off manually. I asked the front desk if they had any extra blankets in the room or that they had in back. Same blank stare and another "No......sorry". And then we had issues with the toilet. The float in the toilet stayed up which wouldn't allow the tank to fill. I had to manually push the float down each time in order to flush the toilet. Back to front desk "Um....sorry"

You Saved Us!

After the horrible events with LaQuinta Best Western, again, took great care of us! They are sweet, hard working, and loved my emotional support dog like their own! We became fast friends with some of the great staff! The only possible thing I could ask them to change to make it better is to have a better grab to go breakfast (I know its because of COVID), and softer beds. I usually try to avoid booking here particularly because the beds are not good for me and my partner's bad back- but the service and staff and rooms are worth it!

We had a nice friendly staff and helpful. Our refrigerator in room the knob wasn’t working and ruined all our foods. Was supposed to be fixed while we spent 4 nights there, but never was during our stay. Otherwise we had a good stay, nice breakfast.

The curtains didn’t close completely so there was an open gap. There was difficulty plugging into the power sockets because the cords kept falling out. The refrigerator did not reach a cool enough temperature to keep my food cold. The toilet seat was loose. There were no towels or sanitizing wipes in the weight room.

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kid-friendly complete with suckers! The room was a bit musty, but it was clean and presentable. The hot tub was very relaxing and hot, but the pool was chilly. The staff worked quickly to bring out fresh food! Overall a nice stay!
