Other Things to Note:

▶ Ample free parking is available in front of the house or in the private concrete driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, parking, or storage. Please be careful not to block the mailbox or park at the neighbors’ properties.



▶ This home is for residential use only. Construction workers are welcome, but heavy equipment is not permitted and may not be stored on the property.



▶ During the summer, the house will be set to 74°F. To keep the house cool and avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving windows and doors open may result in the guest being responsible for covering the full amount of any related bill received.



▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning after your checkout.



▶ The number of guests at the property must match the reservation. To add guests, please notify us in advance so we can update your booking. Unregistered guests are subject to a $25 per guest, per night charge, and unapproved parties may result in cancellation without refund.



▶ No pets.



▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both the interior and exterior. If there is any evidence of smoking or vaping, a $250 penalty will apply, and the reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Please note that the home is equipped with a MINUT monitoring device, which monitors noise levels, occupancy, and smoking and alerts us if the device is tampered with. Violations of these house rules or attempts to interfere with the device may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 10 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the home is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged for damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
