Internet service was down. Manager could not determine my bill. There was a smell in the room. The room had a hole in the wall that was not closed securely.

Dear Otha, extremely sorry that the internet was down due to vandalism. Many town throughout Northern Arizona did not have internet for almost 2 days. Your room was determined at check-in that it's prepaid and you would have your total in your email. Only incidental charge you had pay is your pet fee. As you had booked a pet room.

OK Stay

Pros: Clean room
Cons: BREAKFAST
Location: Not much, we stayed to do some fencing at our cabin. It's a beautiful rural place but not much to do unless you"re into 4 wheelers.
The room was clean and the staff friendly, however, the promised "breakfast" left allot to be desired. The first day there were no eggs, the second day there were no eggs or sausage!! They had waffles but no "sugar free syrup" which is necessary for diabetics, like my husband. We gave up on the breakfast and decided to go out to breakfast. Could have been a better experience :(
