Cozy, family-friendly holiday home with mountain views (NK incl.)

Our family-friendly, modern furnished holiday home is located in the holiday park Vorauf bei Siegsdorf. On 88 m2 you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with a beautiful mountain panorama. The house was taken over by us in 2016 and lovingly renovated and furnished to our taste.

Our house offers two bedrooms upstairs with two single beds and another bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. The modern bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.
In 2018 we renovated the kitchen. There is a large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven and an induction hob with four hobs.
The living and dining area is flooded with light and spacious. A large rustic dining table seats six people. The cozy sofa invites you to linger. On the spacious balcony overlooking the mountains, you can round off the day in a cozy atmosphere.

For families with small children we offer a high chair, a cot, a Kraxe, a baby bath and a jogger. You can leave the bulky luggage at home.

In the garden is in the warm season, a large trampoline and a sandpit with plenty of sand toys at your leisure. If the weather does not really play, there are also many possibilities for playing in the house for all ages.
Playground, mini golf, tennis and a football field are within walking distance.

There is a parking space in front of the house and a parking space a few meters away. By car you can reach Inzell, Ruhpolding, Traunstein or Lake Chiemsee in less than 15 minutes. Also Salzburg is not far away.
Hiking, mountaineering, cycling or skiing in winter is possible in the immediate vicinity.

House with a view

Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised. The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails.

Sehr schöne Anlage, kein hörbare Verkehr, zentral von vielen Ausflugszielen wie Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, SalzburgLeider etliche SpinnennetzeDie zwei mal zwei Einzelbetten auf dem Dachgeschoss und die extrem steile Treppe dorthin (die auf den Bildern nicht wirklich ersichtlich ist) waren Gewöhnungsbedürftig, auch dass man zum Waschkeller außen ums Haus die Treppe runter muss

Prima Unterkunft für Familien

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen, das Haus ist optimal für Familien geeignet. Man muss praktisch keine sperrigen Utensilien mitbringen, da das Haus im Prinzip alles an notwendiger Ausstattung schon mit sich bringt.Was auch erwähnenswert ist, ist die gute Internetverbindung (100 Mbit/s), gerade wenn im Urlaub beruflich noch Arbeit ansteht :-).Auch die direkte und offene Kommunikation mit den Besitzern des Ferienhauses ist lobenswert.Zusammengefasst -- eine Empfehlung wert.

Prima mit Kindern!

Wir kommen schon seid 10 Jahren nach Vorauf. Da wir inzwischen Kinder haben, ist der Kofferraum natürlich bedingt durch die Sachen, die Kleinkinder brauchen über voll. In diesem Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden. Somit konnten wir ohne sperriges Gepäck anreisen. Unsere Kinder waren super zufrieden und haben das vorhandene Spielzeug geliebt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familien mit kleinen Kinder

Wir haben 1 Woche hier verbracht und werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Das Haus ist praktisch und liebevoll gestaltet. Viele Kleinigkeiten die in anderen Ferienwohnungen/Häusern fehlen, machen es zu einem sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Wie z.B. ausreichend Stauraum/Ablagefläche im Bad, es werden Tempoboxen aufgestellt, Küchenrolle steht parat uvm. Das Trampolin und das Spielehaus im Garten war für unsere Kinder das Highlight :) Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut umsorgt! Vielen Dank an Familie Bockholt

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Das aus war super Sauber und total toll eingerichtet. Es fehlte einem an nichts. Ausreichend Küchenutensilien, Spielzeug ..... ach einfach zu viel zum aufzählen. Wer hier mit Kindern Urlaub macht, kann sein eigenes Spielzeug und auch Bettgitter oder Kinderwagen zu Hause lassen. Wir würden definitiv hier wieder Urlaub machen.

Das perfekte Haus.

Es war ein sehr schöne Zeit und alles perfekt in dem Häuschen. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, vom Spielzeug für die Kids, bis eine Kleinigkeit für die Frauen und Männer im Kühlschrank. Wir sind in einer warmen Wohnung angekommen und mussten sie leider wieder nach dem letzten Tag verlassen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und ich fahre wieder hin! Danke an den Gastgeber!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen und einzigartig eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es gibt nichts zu klagen. Es war alles da und frei verfügbar. Als Familie mit Kindern profitieren wir von den vielen Spielsachen (man braucht eigentlich nichts mitbringen) und dem "Kinderequipment" (Kraxe etc.) Besten Dank dafür!
