Exceptional. The service and staff at this hotel are among the best I’ve ever experienced. Thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely kind—they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay better, even upgrading our room and offering a late checkout. The restaurant food is excellent, with a generous and delicious breakfast spread each morning. The location is also ideal—just minutes from the town centre, yet far enough to feel peaceful and quiet.

The staff were excellent! We actually arrived early in the morning and everything was closed. They were kind of enough to upgrade us to get us into a room earlier. Definitely saved our day. Overall, a nice place to stay. Convenient location, good breakfast.

Hari Residence & Spa is a gem, it is clean, classy and comfortable. Most importantly, staff are very pleasant and always there to assist you with a smile that is unforgettable. The roof top pool area, and the restaurant are relaxing, breakfast was fresh with plenty to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel.

I can’t say enough positive things about my stay at Hari Residence and Spa. From the moment of my arrival to my departure, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and special. The hotel is walking distance to action areas of Siem Reap; has a very nice and relaxed rooftop pool and patio. Room had everything I needed. Excellent breakfast buffet where every request is fulfilled. The most impactful part of my stay, was the performance of their staff. No question was insignificant , no request was unimportant. From everyone at the front desk and lobby area, to the entire dining room/kitchen area; everyone is genuinely interested in assisting you. I would most definitely stay here again where I to return.
