Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

El hotel estaba cerrado y a oscuras

Llegué sobre las 10 y después de una hora dando vueltas encontramos el "hotel" en plena oscuridad y el nombre aparecía solo en una oja A4 (para no pagar impuestos). No había ni timbre pero los perros ladrando si! El señor del tuk tuk (que llamó el hotel varias veces )me llevó a un hostal donde me quedé los 3 días siguientes. Una situación horrible que me dio mucho miedo. El día siguiente Sophie (dijo que se había dormido) del "hotel!" vino al hostal para disculpase y devolverme el dinero. Aun ninguna repuesta de hoteles.com...pero seguiré quejándome por otros vías
