Beautiful hotel, pristine rooms and the staff and service was amazing which made getting around the city and traveling to Angkor Wat effortless (on our part). Will be returning, no question.

Nothing i didn't like.staff attentive and knowledgeable. Driver Thann and the rest of top shelf. He knows everything there is to know about Cambodia and things to do. I went during rain season and suggest you do to. I planned outing before or after. 5 minutes after rain you wouldn't know it. Places like Angkor Wat not as crowded lines not nearly as long....pack you and your families bags family friendly and affordable

Located off the beaten path, the setting was tranquil with a lovely center courtyard with a pool. Staff were exceptional in service and hospitality. Great bartender and good restaurant. We enjoyed dining on Cambodian specialties that were offered. International clientele. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the rooms of a good size.

Amazing hospitality and a really great hotel to stay. The staff at this hotel are incredibly warm & accommodating - whether it’s the airport pickup or arranging a local tour, nothing is too much trouble. They make your stay so much more special. Add to it the other facilities - Gym, Pool, Restaurant and spa etc., and this becomes so much more attractive. You can’t go wrong with this option! About us : A family of four including two late teens.

Hotel is lovely; the courtyard with the swimming pool in the middle was my favourite. It created great ambience for the rooms surrounding the pool with lots of greenery. Absolute Gem in Siem Reap

Stayed here as part of my honeymoon and loved every moment of it! The staff are incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming - everyone is so gracious! The hotel itself is small and beautiful, with everything you need for a luxurious stay. The spa was amazing, we did a 60 minute full body couples massage and almost fell asleep, feeling super recharged and relaxed afterwards. It was delicious! Our room was very clean and well kept by housekeeping. The Water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms was excellent, the linens were comfortable, the bed on the firmer side and supportive for a great night’s sleep, and the pillows were plush. We had breakfast each morning at the hotel, both at their buffet and a la carte. Both were wonderful with lots of options and customizations. The kitchen was accommodating of my gluten allergy too. We had dinner at the hotel one night and had the traditional Fish Amok. It was so flavorful and comforting, we highly recommend it! The hotel is a great midway point between the town and Angkor Thom, making it a quick ride to each. We opted to use the hotel’s on-call tuktuk service to get to town since we went during the rainy season. The drivers were trustworthy and safe with their driving.

Beautiful hotel (exterior & interior) located in a residential/commercial business for local residents (about 1:30 hrs drive from the new airport). Not walkable to any tourist destination. Tuktuk is readily available and easily arranged by hotel staff ($6 round trip from and to Pub Street). Staffs are nice, attentive and courteous in all departments. Breakfast buffet is only available if they have more than 4 rooms reserved; otherwise, it will a la carte. Good variety of local dishes and some basic western food items.
