Avoid
After being there for only 2 hours the power goes out. The owner of the hotel tells me that it will take more than 2 days to fix the issue and that my money will be returned and that I should find a new hotel. This was a horrible problem due to the fact that it was New Years and there were very few options left. Add to that I'm still having to fight the charge months after the fact. So called owner is a liar and a cheat.

Great value and service
This is a great place to stay in Siem Reap. The staff are friendly and helpful. I extended my stay twice and they were always accommodating. The rooms are kept clean, are spacious,and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast included fresh fruit, yoghurt and granola which was the perfect start to the day. Best thing about the hotel is the location. It's a five min walk from the main restaurant and shopping area, but is still quiet and out of the main tourist hubbub. I will definitely stay there again.
