We enjoyed very much having a welcome drink since we check-in at 3pm. Rooms are a very good size, modern and clean. The breakfast is of good quality and offers a great variety. They even have egg menu like boil eggs, scramble eggs,...! I would definitely will go again to this hotel when I'm going to Siem Reap next time.

The "Presidential Suite" booked for 3 nights was the biggest disappointment in a hotel in my vast travels around the world. The outdoor tub area what was actually the reason for booking in the first place was filled with dirt, debris and bugs. Looks nothing like the pictures at all. Was going to suck it up and spend the 3 nights in very mediocre accommodations until the next morning my partner lifted up the sheets and found a large blood stain which obviously disgusted her and myself. Took photos to show the staff upon check out and they really didn't care. Also upon return of picking up our belongings to check out after securing other accommodations we walked behind 3 staff members at our door sneaking into our room. I startled them when I showed up behind them. Very sketchy people and place. It's not walking distance to anything really. Hope you take this warning and do not book, do not believe the photos online
